Jersey Collective began in 2014 as a collaborative Instagram account that a different person takes over each week. The project celebrates New Jersey's natural, cultural, and historical treasures through the eyes of an ever-changing group of residents and transplants. Hundreds of people from a variety of racial, cultural, and gender identities have been featured over the years. Each week shares a new perspective and creates new connections. Jersey Collective has established itself as a community that extends beyond Instagram through its pop-up gallery shows, meetups, and workshops.
